Ombre Long Dress
When choosing a dress for our annualย Fashion Gives Back event I always go with what catches my eye first. ย And for this year’s fashion night, this modern and attractive ombre long dress was my personal favorite pick! ย I love the sheerย ombre detail, and the turquoise color (one of my favorites), so this ombre long dressย was perfect for a glamorous night of fashion, music, and fun. ย The dress runs true to size, and I did not need any alterations, just high heels to ensure the bottom of the dress would not touch the floor nor be easily stepped on. ย A metallic detachable belt comes with the dress – for a glam finish (not shown on these photos).
Fashion Gives Back is an haute couture fashion showย for a cause, an event for fundraising where all profits benefit the children’s hospital of my community. ย This is my fourth year being a part of the executive committee, and together with the rest of the committee we organize this event (it takes us about six months!). ย Last week I sharedย on my Instagram a video showingย part of the television interview that I did on Channel ย 6 NBC’s ‘Six in the Mix’ to spread awareness and inform about ourย upcoming FGB. ย I also did an interviewย in Spanish on Channel 51, Telemundo but I am still waiting on that video! *** There are a few photos from the event below, check them out! xo

Vestido Largo Turquesa
Cada vez que tengo que elegir un vestido para nuestro desfile de moda anual, ‘Fashion Gives Back,’ siempre decido por el que me llamรณ la atenciรณn desde el primer momento. ย Y para el desfileย de este aรฑo, este vestido largo,ย moderno y atractivo fueย mi favorito! ย Me encanta el detalle del color que va del turquesa al blanco y me pareciรณ que este lookย era perfecto para una noche de glamour, moda, mรบsica y diversiรณn. ย La talla del vestido calza muy bien y yo no necesitaba ninguna alteraciรณn, solo zapatos de tacรณn alto para asegurarme de que la parte inferior del vestido no tocara el suelo ni fueraย fรกcil pisarla. ย Junto con el vestido viene un cinturรณn plateado – para un lookย llamativoย (en estas fotos no lo tengo puesto).
‘Fashion Gives Back’ es un desfile de alta costura que organizamos anualmente con el propรณsito de recaudar fondos para beneficiar a los pacientes del hospital de niรฑos. ย Este es mi cuarto aรฑo formandoย parte de la comisiรณn ejecutiva, y junto con el resto del comitรฉ organizamos el evento entero (nos lleva seis meses prepararlo!). ย La semana pasada les compartรญ en mi Instagram un video que muestra parte de la entrevista que hice en el programa ‘Six in the Mix’ del Canal 6 de NBC para anunciar losย detalles del evento. ย Tambiรฉn hice una entrevista en espaรฑol en Telemundo, pero estoy a la espera deย ese video! *** Abajo les comparto fotos del desfile, xo
