Labor Day Weekend!
I hope that everyone is having a safe & happy Labor Day Weekend! As for me, the timing has been perfect, a three-day-weekend is exactly what I needed to catch up on work and unpack my entire home. If you follow me on Instagram, you may have read that I moved to a new home, and it is safe to say that everything is now upside down! Packing it all up was a fantastic work-out and a great substitute for my usual gym classes! My goal is to unpack my boxes by Tuesday, we will see… š
Today I am sharing a crochet lace & denim style outfit that I love. A feminine, edgy and comfortable casual look. The silhouette is sleek and sophisticated, and can be worn with a dress, a skirt, and jeans (almost everything in your closet). They are super comfy also (a big plus!). The distressed boyfriend jeans that I am wearing, are a girl’s best friend!! They are super light-weight, and even though I have washed them over 20 times, they still look great.

I couldn’t be more in love with an outfit! Ā If you want to channel your inner gypsy exotic persona or if you are feeling like the queen of boho-chic… read on! Ā A long floral dress and a felt floppy hat are a few essential pieces you need when crafting these outfits. Ā These pieces will also maximize your wardrobe’s versatility. Ā I recentlyĀ ended up at Forever 21 where they have a huge selectionĀ of bohemian-styled dresses. Ā What I loveĀ about this hat is that it isn’t huge, and that the colorĀ complements the dress perfectly. Ā (Felt hats can be worn in the winter, so you can get a lot of use out of one!). Ā And did you notice the layered charm gold necklaceĀ that I have on? Ā When it comes to bohemian jewelry, the key is to find earth toned pieces, a statement necklace, or any layered necklace.
What about the footwear? Ā A great option is toĀ pair the outfit with wedges, gladiator sandals or knee-high gladiators. Ā If you live in a city where the temperatures are still a bit cool, you can add an oversized scarf, wrap a pashmina around your shoulders, wear a denim or fringe vest, or ankle booties.
