Zucchini Noodles Bolognese
Healthy and easy, this meal takes less than ten minutes to prepare! I have been using the same spiralizer for the last ten years, and I make this recipe every month.😋
The best part about zucchini noodles is that they are high in fiber and low in fat, sugar, and calories, making them a nutritious alternative to regular pasta.
INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 zucchinis (per person)
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- Optional: fresh basil
- Parmesan cheese
EQUIPMENT
- 5 Blade Vegetable Spiralizer
- Another Option: Handheld Spiralizer

How do you cook zucchini noodles so they don’t get soggy?
To avoid soggy zucchini noodles, I suggest cooking them al-dente, this means 1-2 minutes if you choose to sauté them, or 2-3 minutes if you prefer to boil them.
Do you peel zucchini for zucchini noodles?
There is no need to peel zucchini before spiralizing them.
