Weekend in New York City
Another weekend, another museum…!
I don’t know how the weather is where you live, but here in New York City, it’s still very cold. This weekend included visiting a museum I had never been to, delighting ourselves with cream-filled ‘bombolonis‘ and baking a pastafrola for our guests.
Friends came over on Saturday, so I thought it’d be the perfect time to bake a pastafrola, a delicious pie filled with quince jam I grew up eating in Argentina. The recipe is pretty easy, I shared it here in English and here in Spanish. It requires 30 minutes of prep time and less than 30 minutes in the oven. It turned out so good.
On Sunday, we tried a new Italian coffee shop, where I enjoyed a caprese panini, a latte, and an Italian donut filled with creme. Then we walked over to the Smithsonian Design Museum in the Upper East Side neighborhood of New York City. I wore these white jeans and black flats, my go-to because they are so comfortable.

I usually do my grocery run during the week, but there was a supermarket nearby, so I took advantage and grabbed the essentials quickly!
Here is this little video I shared of our weekend.
5 Things I’m Loving
Here are the things I’m loving at the moment…
1. Baby Girl Floral Dress: I ordered this beautiful dress for my daughter (I also got her this pink one). If the weather is nice, she can wear it for Easter. So delicate and feminine. I honestly can’t wait for her to wear it.
2. Floral Long PJ Set: I just got this floral set, it’s so pretty. I love Eberjey and enjoy their buttery soft fabric for everyday wear. These sets make a great Mother’s Day gift!
3. YSL All Hours 24H Bronzer: Bronzers are my favorite makeup product because I love a sunkissed look. I will film a quick beauty tutorial soon. I wear this shade 03.

4. 100 Words Book: It’s a children’s book that introduces babies to 100 age-appropriate words, songs, and instructions in Spanish and English. I have it set to Spanish to familiarize our daughter with my native language. This book has almost 92K reviews, and it’s been my daughter’s favorite for several weeks!
5. Silicone Cover Lids Replacement: Last year, I replaced the covers of my medium-sized glass containers, and now I have ordered these silicone covers for my large containers. They are made from food-grade silicone and are dishwasher/ freezer safe!
