I just returned from spending a four-day Easter weekend in New York City & New Jersey, the weather was fantastic, mostly in the mid 70s…! Have any of you recently moved from a warm climate state to any of the states up north? How are you adjusting – I’d love to know.
I always wonder whether I would be able to adjust to the freezing temperatures that I experienced during my recent trips to NYC…
I love wearing skirts, they are my easy go-to clothing item to survive Miami’s current 86 degrees! If I was to move up north, I would need to purchase a whole new wardrobe. I have been in Miami for so long that I pretty much only own skirts, dresses and sandals!

Getting dressed up for special occasions has always been one of my favorite things to do! I remember a few years ago when I was looking for the perfect dress to wear to my law school graduation – I searched everywhere! Because tons of photos were going to be taken that day with family, classmates and friends, I wanted my dress to be beautiful.
A lot of you have asked for Graduation dress suggestions, and when I found this dress, I knew it would be absolutely perfect! This color is absolutely gorgeous and the design of the dress with a frill hem is super ladylike. Did you ladies notice the pretty detail of the back?? The length of the dress makes it appropriate for those of you who are looking for graduation ceremony options! It comes in dusty blue and in black as well.
I also think this dress would be great for a wedding, baby showers, or any other events you have coming up this spring.
