Lemon Herb Pasta Recipe
To make this Lemon Herb Pasta recipe, I use Rao’s Fusilli and Rao’s Sauce.
Lemon Herb Pasta Ingredients:
- 1 lb of pasta
- 1 jar of sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 fresh lemons, zested & juiced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- fresh parsley
- sea salt & pepper
- Parmesan cheese

How to Make Lemon Herb Pasta
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Boil water in a pot, and cook your pasta per the instructions on the package. Save about a cup of pasta water for later.

2. Heat your rondeau over medium heat with olive oil.

3. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Pour in white wine and fresh lemon juice. Let it bubble for about a minute.

4. Add the sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes. I bet your kitchen smells so nice now ๐

5. Toss pasta into the rondeau with the sauce, and add a little of the reserved pasta water. Finish with lemon zest, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.

6. Serve with chilled white wine. Enjoy!

Lemon Herb Pasta Instructions:
- Cook your pasta as instructed on the package. Save a cup of pasta water before draining.
- Heat your rondeau over medium heat with olive oil.
- Add garlic and sizzle for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in Avaline wine (save some for your glass!) and lemon juice. Let it bubble for a minute.
- Add sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
- Toss pasta into the rondeau with the sauce. Add 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Finish with lemon zest, fresh herbs, and Parmesan.
