Hi ladies!  I’ve got the best drugstore beauty products for you girls on this post!  Today I am sharing with you the TOP drugstore items that I cannot live without.  I will focus only on the items that I wear repeatedly and that have not disappointed me at all.  There are plenty other brands that I have tried but after wearing them once or twice and not getting the result that I expected I just stopped.  Whether you are on a budget, or just looking for affordable make-up items – give these products below a try.  I hope that this post is helpful!  Share your thoughts, I love hearing from you!

MILANI Baked Blush – There are two versions of this one, the ‘Luminoso‘ and the ‘Rose D’Oro‘ (the latter is a bit darker) both are equally great, and I have both.  They blend well with the skin and are very pigmented.  Do yourself a favor and try one!  You can find these two and three more: ‘Delizioso Pink,’ ‘Dolce Pink,’ and ‘Corallina’ at any drugstore.   

NYX Nude Matte Eye Shadow – These matte eyeshadows come in a variety of 12 high-fashion colors.  They are a must-have in any make-up collection.  I personally prefer the shades called ‘Maybe Later,’ ‘Blame It On Midnight’ and ‘Leather and Lace.’   There are also other shades such as ‘Lap Dance’ ‘Kiss the Day’ ‘Birthday Suite’ ‘Skinny Dip’ among others.  Just typing the names makes me want to go buy the ones that I am missing in my make-up bag.  Haha.

PHYSICIAN’S FORMULA Organic Wear Mascara – If you want an “organic” product that gives your lashes volume, length and a very black look, try it out!  This product is hypoallergenic and is 100% free of harsh chemicals, GMO’s, synthetic preservatives, parabens, fibers, dyes and fragrances (the brush is 100 % recyclable).   Yes, there are other drugstore mascaras that work great, but the eye area is very sensitive so I prefer a product that is free of all harsh chemicals!

MAYBELLINE Creamy Matte Lip Color – I LOVE these new matte lipsticks.  I found them because they are conveniently located in front of the yogurt section at the supermarket (ha!), and grabbed one without even trying it on.   (Since these are affordable, I’d rather just purchase it and try it at home with proper lighting, instead of opening up a bunch just to test them because who will then want to buy an already opened product?).  And… I have been wearing these daily to work for the last year!  The creamy texture of these lipsticks  is great for everyday wear, and the subtle colors are perfect to wear to work.  So happy I found these!  My favorite is ‘Blushing Pout.’

L’OREAL Infallible Le Rouge Lipsticks – These are High-Impact lipsticks that come in 20 vivid and shiny colors.  And they are a great and affordable option if you are looking for a bright colored lipstick to wear for any special ocassion that you have coming up.  I own ‘Forever Fuschia,’ ‘Red Fatale’ and ‘Tender Berry.’

L’OREAL Magic Perfecting Base – If you want instant smoothing results for your skin try this primer.  I apply this translucent base before I apply the foundation, but the majority of the time I wear it by itself.   It is a silky, lightweight formula that gives your skin a matte finish that is flawless.  The formula is 100% oil and fragrance-free, non-comedogenic and non-acnegenic.

IMAN Perfect Eye Pencil – The color that I love to wear is ‘Nut Blush,’ but this eye pencil also comes in ‘Black Shimmer,’ ‘Jet Black,’ and ‘Ebony.’  For everyday wear I tend to always prefer brown pencils, and I reserve the black pencils for a night out.  I like that it is easy to apply and non-greasy.

L’OREAL Hydra Perfecte Loose Powder – If you have oily skin, then this is a phenomenal product for you.  This powder comes in four tones: Light, Medium, Deep, and Translucent (I prefer the last one).  I like to wear the powder over my foundation, but you can wear it alone as well.  This powder is perfect for keeping your foundaiton in place and helping your skin to not look shiny.   And I recommend that you apply it with a brush, rather than the puff!

MAYBELLINE Super Stay 24 HR Concealer – This is the one beauty product that I carry in my purse at all times.  After MAC decided to discontinue their thin concealer stick I needed a replacement.  Back in March of 2013 (how do I remember this?!) there was a night that I ran into CVS looking for a concealer and grabbed this one.  Since then I have tried tons of concealers (from all price points).  This is the one that remains my favorite simply because when you have a red blemish, what matters the most is to neutralize the ‘redness’ and this one achieves that perfectly, in my opinion.  You can also wear it on your under-eye area.  

L’OREAL Infallible Pro-Matte 24 HR Oil Free Foundation – This product is fantastic for the face!  If you like a full-coverage effect that lasts all day, is light, oil -free & very affordable then you will love this one.  I apply it right after I put the perfecting base on my face, and before the setting powder.   The package says that it lasts up to 24 hours, and it literally does (I promise!).  The color that I wear is “102 Shell Beige” (the closest match for my skin tone) and it leaves my face looking natural, smooth and even.  I love it!
