6 Super Easy & Healthy Smoothie Recipes!
There’s nothing better than doing something positive for your health first thing in the morning, when you arrive home from work, or after your workout! You can spark your metabolism & satiate your hunger with the absolutely amazing power of natural whole foods. If you would like to increase the amount of vegetables or fruits that you eat daily / weekly – you will love these quick smoothie recipes – I suggest you try them all 🙂
I highly recommend and use this blender for my smoothies:
SHOP MY FAVORITES:
VEGAN DETOX GREEN SMOOTHIE:
- 2 cups chopped pineapple
- 1 banana
- 2 cups kale (remove stems) or spinach
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
SUPER BETA CAROTENE:
- 2 cups chopped cantaloupe
- 1 banana
- 2-3 chopped carrots
- 1 tangerine (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped ginger
- 1 cup coconut water or water or almond milk
- 2 tbsp flax-seed
MORNING OATS & BERRIES:
- 1 packet Quaker instant oatmeal
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries (optional)
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
FRUITS & VEGGIES BLEND:
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 a carrot
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 banana
- 1/3 of a cucumber
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tbsp flax-seed
- add a little cranberry juice
AFTERNOON BLUEBERRY SPINACH:
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut or almond or soy milk
- 1 tbsp honey
APPLE STRAWBERRY:
- 1 apple, cored (I do not peel it)
- 1.5 cups strawberries
- 1 cup almond, cashew or soy milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (strawberry, plain or vanilla)
- 2 tsp honey

These easy to make smoothies are high in vitamins A and C, others contain anti-inflammatory properties, some possess antioxidants, and others help balance the blood-sugar.
