In today’s post, I am sharing how I like to style my jeans. A pair of skinny jeans, a basic bodysuit, and a white blazer are my go-to for any day of the week. I have always loved how denim looks with neutrals, and how this outfit is casual yet dressy.
My closet is packed with blazers – I won’t even mention how many I have! Also, lately, I have been into wearing bodysuits, I find them very practical as there is no need to be tucking in the edges all day long. To recreate this look you can easily substitute the heels for mocassins, a pair of Sperry’s, flats, or sandals with a lower heel.

I love the classic and preppy vibe of the entire outfit, it’s a polished option for everyday wear (you can never go wrong with denim and a blazer!).

A Red Pencil Skirt for Work
Here is a summer work outfit that I am loving so much! I am continuously on the hunt for business casual pieces that I can wear to work while looking lovely, feminine and comfortable. And I also try to find items that can be worn after work to either a Happy-Hour or a networking event that I may have that day. If you are a 9 to 5 girl that wears the usual black / grey / navy outfits why not try an outfit that brightens up the work space a little during the summer months? There is something about this Crochet Overlay Skirt that is so lady-like and feminine, especially when paired with a pastel top.
To create this look I wanted to match the bottom to a top with a similar shade of orange / red. With my coral blouse it looked great, so it was a perfect match. A nude or white color top would totally work with this skirt too! Then I had two options: either a black or a white blazer, and both looked good but I decided to go with white – and loved it.
If you wear pencil skirts as much as I do, you will love this one, and considering the price of it – it is a total bargain! Even if you are not a 9 to 5 working gal, you can wear this versatile skirt during the weekend with nude heels and a silky white top.

Good evening, and happy Monday, everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful & restful weekend! It is not a really big secret that I love skirts, pencil skirts, mini skirts, and although I have my favorites, pleated skirts are one of my favorites.
This Pleated Lace Mini Skirt is the cutest – it comes in a mint color that is soft and super feminine. The color reminds of the ocean, the beach, and everything that is by the sea. To create this pretty look I styled the skirt with a basic white blazer. Blazers like this one are so versatile, you can wear them during the summer to dress up almost any outfit.
I wanted to keep the tone of the outfit very soft, so I wore nude pumps and a light colored handbag. Overall the outfit of this post is very lady-like, which I love 🙂
