A few days ago we stopped by Juniors in Times Square for cheesecake.
New York Magazine calls Junior’s cheesecake “Best Cheesecake in New York.” What makes Junior’s cheesecake different is a thin layer of sponge cake, instead of the standard graham cracker crust.
Their cheesecake is exquisite, smooth, and creamy, and the recipe has not changed since 1950.
Junior’s cheesecake is hands down the BEST.
Junior’s is both a restaurant and a bakery. If you would like to have lunch or dinner at Junior’s, I highly recommend putting your name on their waitlist, where you can see how many groups are ahead of you, and how long the wait time is.
