There is something effortlessly chic about a blush tone jumpsuit. Short jumpsuits and rompers are a summertime outfit that is perfect for any summer occasion. When the current real feel temperature is over 100 degrees and wearing a bikini all day is not an option, wearing one of these (…)
Happy Monday! Hope that you enjoyed each designer that I shared with you last week! Below I have rounded up four more fashion labels from the 18th Edition of Barcelona Fashion Week that I thought had creative and attractive look-books. And with today’s post I am concluding my posts on Spanish & Catalan designers that showcased their SS17 collections earlier this month in Barcelona. I also hope that you enjoyed learning about the Spanish fashion industry. Catalonia and the city of Barcelona have a long tradition in the textile industry, and my appreciation for it began while I was pursuing my graduate studies in the city. I quickly fell in love with the culture, the food, the warm atmosphere, and the fashion scene.. Take a look below, and let me know your thoughts!

Happy Friday! I LOVE the one-piece trend! A stylish black one piece is a must in any girls swimsuit collection. For this week’s top finds I decided to round up 10 beautiful black one-piece bathing suits that I like (at various prices). Each suit has a different design for a bit of sexiness this summer season. All of them are trendy and functional, and a great option for every girl who wants to remain stylish. Although I mostly wear bikinis (for better tan lines!), I love owning one-piece suits that I can wear to a pool party, a resort vacation, or a beach party with friends. This past 4th of July weekend I wore this black ever so classy suit that you see above. When shopping for a one-piece the key is finding whatever style best suits your body type and frame. I find that black one-piece bathing suits are slimming and have a very elegant look to them. My hat is from El Corte Inglés, it’s this one right here, but check out all the cute summer hats that I have linked below!
Hi ladies, today’s post is in full bloom! Fashion’s ongoing love affair with floral prints continues for Summer 2016 with almost every clothing brand offering up various options for this iconic trend. Embrace your inner lady with these Floral Loose Fit Trousers made of a light fabric, with a relaxed fit, super comfortable, and a fantastic casual look for this time of the year. To create this look I paired the trousers with a coral silk top and nude accessories. I finished the outfit with this statement necklace that gives it a pop of luxury. This trend will not go away! – floral prints are all about enjoying fashion and having loads of fun with it. Happy 4th of July weekend…!
Custo Barcelona is an iconic fashion label that gained worldwide recognition for its unique mix of colorful graphics and prints. Custo Barcelona unveils its collections each season at New York Fashion Week. This is a brand that never ceases to impress me, particularly because of its constant creativity and innovation. For SS17 there are a lot of sheer fabrics, flowing dresses, transparencies, and a huge variety of textures that adorn each outfit.
For those of you not yet familiar with the brand, it was founded in Barcelona, Spain in the 80s, and consolidated as a brand in the 90s. Aside from the women’s collection, the label also carries a men’s line, a kid’s line, as well as accessories and shoes. Take a look at Custo Barcelona’s SS17 lookbook, my top four outfits are right below (click on each to see an enlarged version).
Come back tomorrow, as I will be sharing with you yet another of my favorite Spanish designers!!

Here are my favorite looks from Sita Murt’s SS17 collection! Sita Murt was a Catalan fashion designer that created a fashion label focused on soft and sensual fabrics. Her SS17 lookbook was showcased last night during the second day of Barcelona Fashion Week. As usual there were a variety of textured fabrics that included knit, thin crepe cotton, and linen. The predominant colors were indigo blue, water blue, turmeric ochre, goji red and a citric touch which overruns our most natural tones as white, ecru and linen. Overall every outfit looked relaxed, delicate and with an emphasis placed on providing comfort for the modern woman. Enjoy!
