Two Black & White Dresses I Love
Happy August, everyone! Hope that you all had a wonderful weekend. These past two weeks have been crazy busy for me, during the first one I was searching for a new place to move into, and during the second week I was handling the final arrangements for a networking / fundraiser event that I hosted for a local non-profit organization. Both weeks turned out very well! I will be moving at the end of the month, and over 150 people attended the networker that I began to schedule & organize back in May! If anyone reading this is an “Event Planner & Coordinator” – you have my admiration! The amount of phone-calls, e-mails, and multiple arrangements that I handled were more than I imagined were required. This is my first year as one of the Chairs of the Events Subcommittee for the organization so I have been getting a real taste of what this type of work is like! 🙂
Now let’s talk about these gorgeous dresses. What is the most versatile summer style? Stripes! Today I wanted to share two striped black and white dresses that I love and wear a lot! The knee-length dress I got it for a dinner & recognition event that I attended in June. A fitted black & white dress works wonders at both professional and social occasions. I personally believe that they are perfect for any “modern professional woman” because they are both sophisticated and attractive. The second dress that I am sharing today is also fitted, but shorter. I paired it with nude accessories for a more casual day-look. You can also pair it with sleek black sandals and wear for a night out, the possibilities are endless. Owning any striped dress with a fabulous fit will prove to be your best friend.
