How to make a smoothie
The best part about making a smoothie is that it is quick and easy! Gather your fruits and vegetables (I prefer fresh but frozen works too), add them to your blender (starting with the banana), add your choice of liquid (I love almond or cashew milk!), blend at high speed, and enjoy!
