INGREDIENTS
- 2 salmon portions
- 1 cup of white rice
- 1 mango
- 1 avocado
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 lime, squeezed
- sesame seeds
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ginger & honey (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
To make this salmon bowl recipe in 20 minutes, follow these easy steps!
- Start by cooking rice in a pot as you would. The ratio is 1 cup rice to 2 cups water.
- While the rice is cooking, cut the salmon into small squares, and add soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, & honey (if you’d like). Mix and set aside.
3. Cut the avocado into smaller pieces, peel and cut the mango, drain the canned black beans, and mix everything in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and fresh lime juice.
4. Cook the salmon in a pan until it is golden. Medium heat.
5. Serve everything together, starting with the rice, the salad, and the salmon on top.
6. For those that like it spicy, add sriracha or spicy mayo. Enjoy!
