Hi ladies, today’s post is in full bloom! Fashion’s ongoing love affair with floral prints continues for Summer 2016 with almost every clothing brand offering up various options for this iconic trend. Embrace your inner lady with these Floral Loose Fit Trousers made of a light fabric, with a relaxed fit, super comfortable, and a fantastic casual look for this time of the year. To create this look I paired the trousers with a coral silk top and nude accessories. I finished the outfit with this statement necklace that gives it a pop of luxury. This trend will not go away! – floral prints are all about enjoying fashion and having loads of fun with it. Happy 4th of July weekend…!

Custo Barcelona is an iconic fashion label that gained worldwide recognition for its unique mix of colorful graphics and prints. Β Custo Barcelona unveils its collections each season at New York Fashion Week. Β This is a brand that never ceases to impress me, particularly because of its constant creativity and innovation. Β For SS17 there are a lot of sheer fabrics, flowing dresses, transparencies, and a huge variety of textures that adorn each outfit. Β
For those of you not yet familiar with the brand, it was founded in Barcelona, Spain in the 80s, and consolidated as a brand in the 90s. Β Aside from the women’s collection, the label also carries a men’s line, a kid’s line, as well as accessories and shoes. Here are my favorite looks from Sita Murt’s SS17 collection! Β Sita Murt wasΒ a Catalan fashion designer that created a fashion label focused on soft and sensual fabrics. Β Her SS17 lookbook was showcased last night during the second day of Barcelona Fashion Week. Β As usual there were a variety of textured fabricsΒ that includedΒ knit, thin crepe cotton, and linen. Β The predominant colors were indigo blue, water blue, turmeric ochre, goji red and a citric touch which overruns our most natural tones as white, ecru and linen. Β Overall every outfit looked relaxed, delicate and with an emphasis placed on providing comfort for the modern woman. Β Enjoy! Β Β

Β This is my fourth year sharing with you my appreciationΒ for Spanish & Catalan designers,Β and this entire week I will be featuringΒ one or two designers per day. Β I am starting with Justicia Ruano who showcased her latest Spring – Summer collection today during the first day ofΒ the 18th Edition ofΒ 080 Barcelona Fashion. Β The event took place at INEFC in Barcelona. Β Justicia Ruano is easily one of my favorites, her creations are luxurious, feminine and gorgeous!! Β Each of her pieces are quite sophisticated yet modern at the same time. Β By mixing textures, materials and colors she creates extravagant looks. Β She successfully reinvents contemporaryΒ luxury year after year, and never disappoints me. Β Take a look below! Β Β

Hey beauties! Β Here is an ultra-stylish way to wear gingham. Β I oftenΒ stay away from this pattern but this blouse was too delicate, feminine & adorable to pass! Β And who else is loving the off-the-shoulder trend? Β This ZARA Gingham BlouseΒ combines it all: off the shoulders, puff-ball sleeves, and bow detail, making it all the more delicate. Β I must confess that I wear off-the-shouler topsΒ even when they are not in style, simply because I love how flattering they are for women. Β I have always been the person that wears certain trends even when they are not a ‘hot trend’ – and this is one of them. Β Also, I’ve noticed that the material of the blouse does not wrinkle too easily (so important!). Β I matched it with super basic white trousers. Β This look is perfect for a Sunday brunch with friends… I wore it to a birthday party. Β For the best chic look, pair this gingham blouse with navy, white or off-white pants. I couldn’t be more in love with an outfit! Β If you want to channel your inner gypsy exotic persona or if you are feeling like the queen of boho-chic… read on! Β A long floral dress and a felt floppy hat are a few essential pieces you need when crafting these outfits. Β These pieces will also maximize your wardrobe’s versatility. Β I recentlyΒ ended up at Forever 21 where they have a huge selectionΒ of bohemian-styled dresses. Β If you follow me on Instagram, you probably noticed that I wore this last Saturday to a friend’s baby-shower.

Β What I loveΒ about this hat is that it isn’t huge, and that the colorΒ complements the dress perfectly. Β (Felt hats can be worn in the winter, so you can get a lot of use out of one!). Β And did you notice the layered charm gold necklaceΒ that I have on? Β When it comes to bohemian jewelry, the key is to find earth toned pieces, a statement necklace, or any layered necklace.
What about the footwear? Β A great option is toΒ pair the outfit with wedges, gladiator sandals or knee-high gladiators. Β If you live in a city where the temperatures are still a bit cool, you can add an oversized scarf, wrap a pashmina around your shoulders, wear a denim or fringe vest, or ankle booties. This is one pink crochet dress that I wear probably once a month, I have gotten more use out of it than I anticipated! (to work, to multiple events & to parties). Β I am wearing a size “small” and it fits pretty comfortably. Β This oneΒ usually goes out of stock quickly, and then it is brought back in a similar softΒ color. Β At the moment it is also available in white with short sleeves – this is perfect since the Summer is about to start! π Β Yet it does not matter what color you get it in, it is a beautiful & unique dress!
