The holiday season is here, so three days before Christmas we headed to the Lincoln Center to see George Balanchine’s “The Nutcracker” with music by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
This holiday classic performed by the renowned New York City Ballet company couldn’t have been more outstanding!

The Nutcracker is breathtaking, and Tchaikovsky’s music is quite incredible! Seeing this holiday classic performed by one of the best ballet companies in the world is worth every penny.

A final note!
Tickets to see The Nutcracker in New York City during the holiday season are always in high demand, so I suggest booking tickets weeks in advance.
We sat in Seats 23 and 25 of Row D in the Second Ring B section, and they offered an excellent view of The Nutcracker. If I had to do it again, I would pick the same section, either first, second, third, or fourth row, and as close to the middle as possible.
I can’t think of a better way to celebrate the holiday season in New York City than by supporting the NYC Ballet!
