I’ve been baking lemon salmon wrapped in aluminum foil for over a decade, and I find this way of making it to be the easiest. If you are looking for a quick way to prepare salmon, I suggest you try this yummy recipe!
We enjoy salmon with a side of cilantro lime rice (I buy the pack of 12).

Baked Salmon with Lemon & Paprika
How to prepare baked salmon in the oven
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. SMALL BOWL: mix minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, paprika, pepper, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest.
2. Line a sheet pan with foil paper (a piece large enough to fold over the salmon).
3. Place the salmon in the pan, and pour the mix over the salmon.
4. Add thin lemon slices to the salmon (I can’t get enough lemon!).
5. Fold the foil paper over the salmon, and try to close it up by twisting it slightly.
6. Place in the oven for 15-17 minutes at 375 F (200 C). Cooking time varies depending on how thick your salmon is.
7. Remove from the oven. Let it stand for 5 minutes.

MORE IDEAS:
Parsley
In the photos below you can see another time when I garnished the salmon with parsley. After removing the salmon from the oven, I add pieces of chopped parsley on top.
Lemon & Rosemary
Another option that is fantastic is preparing salmon with only lemon and rosemary. I add rosemary, lemon juice, and lemon slices to the salmon, prior to folding the aluminum foil over the salmon.
While my husband does not eat much fish, he does enjoy salmon prepared with lots of lemon and paprika or rosemary.
Let me know on IG @AnaFlorentyna if you make this. I’d love to hear from you!
