How I Like To Wear Tiered Ruffle Skirts!

I hope that you all enjoyed the long weekend!! On Sunday we went to Brooklyn for the first time since March, it seems like an eternity has passed, but as stores and restaurants are slowly opening up (at reduced capacity), we felt more comfortable doing so. We took the pups with us and had brunch outside by the bridge, the weather was so perfect. We decided to leave around noon when it started to get a bit crowded.

We are already talking about going apple picking in upstate New York, I am craving apple cider donuts & homemade jam! Last September we brought back so many apples that we ended up doing a bake-off at home. Each of us had to make the best version of an apple pie. It was so much fun! 🙂

It is no secret that I love wearing skirts, and tiered ruffle skirts happen to be one of my favorite styles to wear. Women can’t have too many skirts, in my opinion! Today I wanted to share with you this gorgeous and feminine tiered skirt that is also available in a subtle animal print (for those of you that prefer to wear darker tones).

  1. Soft Turtleneck Sweater
  2. Off The Shoulder Sweater
  3. Scalloped Lace Top

I have rounded up a mini selection of sweaters, turtlenecks and tops in soft white or ivory tones, that are all versatile and ideal for this season! Depending on how the weather is where you live, you can pair a tiered ruffle skirt with any of these options. I really like this scalloped lace top from the same brand as the skirt (I adore the delicate details), as well as this soft turtleneck sweater that is perfect for these days as we transition from summer to fall. If you live in a city with warmer temperature, take a look at this sleeveless turtleneck top, and this stretchy jersey turtleneck (fitted). Check out those five tops, to see which you like!
